Don has over 30 years of experience as a business owner and is the driving force behind the day to day operations at the business side of things, helping the company run smoothly.
Guy Malenfant
Sales Director
Guy has over 30 years of experience in sales and marketing. He too has several years of entrepreneurail experience and is the owner of Vision Sales & Marketing.
Shaun Abbass
Plant Manager
With 30 years of experience in process & production, Shaun first moved to Moncton in 1983 to work for the family photo processing plant. From 1999 to 2011, he worked at Coop Atlantic and returned to production as a plant manager at Prelam in 2016.
Ricardo Jaco
Logistic Planner / Office Manager
Ricardo has a Bachelor’s in Fine Art. He is originally from Latin America and is fluent in Spanish. His logistics work experience has been in various parts of the USA before joining the Prelam team in 2012.
Tammy Donaher
Graphic Designer / Administration
Tammy has been employed with Prelam for over 10 years and has over 20 years of experience as a Graphic Designer in the manufacturing and print industry. With a diploma in Multimedia Communications, Tammy is responsible for many functions within the company including product development and various administrative tasks.
Elodie Vigneau
Multimedia / Marketing
From Saint Pierre and Miquelon, Élodie moved to Canada to obtain her Bachelor in Fine Arts & Diploma in Web Design . She started at Prelam as an intern in 2009 and was hired right after graduation. Creative and passionate, Elodie uses her magic to make Bathroom Odor Control look visually great and enticing.
Leo Miller
R&D Chemist
Leo has over 15 years of experience in the chemistry field. He has worked mostly in the field of research and development from synthesizing DNA to formulating new products that are used by everyday consumers today. He is very passionate with everything he does and takes great initiatives to provide the best possible product(s) to consumers around the world.
Ryan Richard
R&D Chemist
Ryan is a former laboratory professor at Université de Moncton and was hired in 2015 as an R&D and quality control chemist at Prelam right after obtaining his Master degree in Chemistry.
